What better than a Prestige imported
from Haïti to bring a little sunshine on this first rainy weekend of
June? Witch better way to accompany it but with a little Griot? This incredibly clear beer was very delicious if you ask me. Reminds me
of the Antilles, Hispaniola. Winner of the 2000 World Beer Cup this
American Style Lager took my breath away. Its 5.6% alcohol volume is
dissimulated in its smooth and light taste colour and texture. Its
slight hoppy end is always welcomed. Available @ the SAQ but often
past due. Best bet : Dépanneur Bonaco on Bélanger Street
corner 26th avenue in Montreal, its always nice, fresh
and cold. Enjoy! In 2011 Heineken publicly announced that they now own 95% of the shares in Brasserie Nationale d'Haïti. They used to have 22% this is probably why Prestige is now more and more available.
2.99$ for a 355ml in Quebec
9.2/10
