This apple juice coloured ale has a nice ''perk'' to it. Similar to the Sleeman cream ale, I wonder why the two mentioned before are cream ales by the way because they aren't very creamy. Although they have nice necks the beers themselves aren't creamy but clear. None the less a good crisp beer. This brewery stationed in Rochester, N.Y. is brewing American Classics since 1878. They also make a nice variety of regular and seasonal beers that I can't wait to discover. Once again like alot of american beers the alcohol content isn't indicated on the can or box but luckily for us, all the important info I was looking for was on the website. For a 12oz can its got 162 calories, 15 grams of carbs, 1 gram of protein and 56 mgs of sodium. Lets not forget 5.2% of alcohol. Introduced in 1960 this beer is recommendable.8.6/10
